Audi’s Top of the Range S7

In current development, the Audi S7, their top of the blooming range four door coupe is set to hit the shelves (that is if they invent shelves that can hold cars by then) in Early 2009. The eight cylinder beast, will be the main competitor for the Mercedes CLS. If you hadn’t realised, “S” is Audi’s performance brand. A convertible model should be released in Q2 2010. All going well,Audi will introduce the super version, which would undoubtedly be called the RS7.
All Standard models will be equipped with FSI and TDI 6 and 8 cylinder engines, while the S7 is probably getting the 5.2L V10 engine from the S6. Presumably, the S7 will look like an Audi, and not some other type of car. -Ed
