All users of AnySIM or iPhoneSimFree (e.g: UnlockThatiPhone) do not update your iPhone.

This is a warning message.
Do not update your iPhone if it has been unlocked with anySIM or iPhoneSimFree. We have received e-mails confirming that it will not brick your iPhone, but will re-lock it for good. -Ed

Hi,
I have placed an order (on behalf of my dad) with unlockthatiphone.com recently. According to his paypal account the order has gone thru (i.e. the money has been taken off the credit card) but I have yet to receive a confirmation from unlockthatiphone.com. Should i be worried?

Hi,
Thankfully, I just received a confirmation email from unlockthatiphone.com. Panic can subside now. I was informed that due to the new updates on the phones they now need stealth sims to unlock the phones and thats what the hold up is.

[FIRST PART OF COMMENT REMOVED - REST REMAINS UNCHANGED]
It sure takes a LONG time for mails here to be “moderated”. I thought the whole point of logging in anywhere is, as members we could post unmoderated….. I wonder why Members need moderation> !!! Anyone ?

Hi Eddie, welcome to TechnoEssence.
Unfortunately for you, we are not in any way involved in UnlockthatiPhone’s operations.
While we did award them for trying their best for customers (We asked 50 users), we are in no way affiliated and do not wish to take part in conversations involving possible legal matters with the company, unless it could affect a possible buyer.
As you may have noticed, UnlockthatiPhone have posted an explanation, and we continue to display the award on the site .
I do wish however that you comment on other articles - and not just this one, making accurate comments and voicing a fair opinion. I do understand where you are coming from and have not disregarded your comments.
Members will get the option of having unmoderated comments if, and when they gain credibility, but until then, keep commenting, and as a member you shall receive SwiftModeration (but again - your comment must be relatively relevant and fit into general guidlines.)
Thanks,
Ed (Admin)

i have to agree with the earlier posts, dont under any circumstances give your money to those guys over at unlockthatiphone.com . they have had my money for over 3 weeks now, and ive yet to even get a single reply to my phone calls or emails, not to mention the fact ive yet to get my iphone either………………….
this forum isnt the only place ive come across complaints about these guys either. if only id seen them before id given them my money , so dont make my mistake, go look on ebay, u will have a better chance of getttin an iphone.
